New Camera Lens!

James and Lily got me a new camera lens for Mother's Day!

Sony 50mm f/1.8 SAM DT Lens for Sony Alpha Digital SLR Cameras

I really have no idea how to use it correctly, but here are my first photos with it!

Anyone out there have any tips? All I know is that this lens should help me take better pictures in low light/no flash situations.

Six Years Ago Today...

Six years ago today, we drove up the canyon and got married. We did it on our own terms. We did it the way we wanted to. And we it was one of the best days of my life!

Our Yard...

We have some major plans to add more shade, a play area and a nice patio. But for now we are finally seeing some color pop up. It makes me so happy to have the yard as an extension of our house now that the weather is getting nicer!
